The fictional boyhood home of Ralphie Parker from the 1983 film 鈥淎 Christmas Story鈥� is nestled in Cleveland鈥檚 historic Tremont neighborhood,
The sale includes the holiday-themed house, the neighboring museum, a gift shop and a neighbor's house.
The house was built in 1895 and was bought on eBay in December 2004 and renovated to restore it to its original condition from the movie.
Tours of the house started in 2006 and have since welcomed over one million guests and counting.
The entire lot is for sale, which spans 1.3 acres of land and five buildings.
