Millions to be included in next phase of restoration

Deepwater Horizon was an offshore oil drilling rig owned by Transocean, built in 2001 in South Korea by Hyundai Heavy Industries, and leased to BP from 2001 until September 2013.聽 On April 20th, 2010, an explosion on the rig caused by a blowout killed 11 crewmen and ignited a fireball visible from 40 miles away.Now Deepwater Horizon Trustees announce an agreement for 10 Gulf early restoration projects along the Gulf Coast.聽 The Trustees and BP have claimed to implement $134 million in projects to be included in the next phase of restoration.聽For the full story by NOAA, click here: 聽http://spr.ly/6003fTL7
