'Truly a special place': Samford women's basketball head coach Carley Kuhns resigns
The unique opportunity that Sanford offers the student athletes, you know, the fact that you can really excel in every facet of life is something that is really important to me and really giving these ladies an opportunity to have *** really, really positive experience and I've heard nothing but great things about Sanford, and I'm telling you I've never heard one person say *** bad thing about this place, and that makes it easy to sell. Change is hard. Change is hard even for me to get outside your comfort zone, but. I think when you do that you grow, you grow as people and you grow as women and and um that's what I'm gonna do. I'm gonna push them to grow. It's crazy the transition kids go through in college. They come in as you know, scared high school students and they leave really as women and that's why I'm in this business because it's just the neatest thing to watch kids really grow. Um, and, and come into their own and figure out who they want to be in life and and meet their husband and and all of that and it's just it's *** powerful thing and for for me to have *** part in that journey is something that's going to be really special and and I want, I want to make sure that they have the best possible experience they can while they're here at Sanford.
