A couple in Tulsa, Oklahoma, took their love of all things breakfast and brunch to take engagement photos at a well-known joint. Kelsie Burkeen and Ryan Yarnall decided to display their love of a specific Waffle House location for everyone to see and the pictures are sweeter than syrup. “Waffle House is a place Ryan has always really loved to go to and early on in our relationship we went there a lot,�� said Burkeen. The photos span from shots in the booths to even a perfectly time picture outside where a sign at the restaurant read, “relationship goals.�� “That wasn’t planned but when we got the pictures back - we were like, ‘Oh, that’s pretty cool, maybe it was destiny,’�� Burkeen said. The two met while at a dancing spot in Oklahoma and were friends before realizing they wanted to spend the rest of their lives together. “We were friends first until I realized he was my person,�� Burkeen said.The two are getting married in December and ready to take the next step in their relationship: Ordering the infamous steak and eggs. “Ryan actually wouldn’t order the infamous T-bone steak and eggs till he graduated medical school,�� Burkeen said. Oh, and getting married, of course.“The thing I’m looking forward to the most about marrying Ryan is just finally getting to make that commitment to each other and getting to have that partnership that comes with marriage,�� Burkeen said. And hopefully, there will be more breakfasts together to come, as well.
