AS ONE GRABS HIS SHIRT WHILE BLAKE TRIES TO GET INTO HIS VEHICLE, AND THEN 7 SHOTS AR FIRED OF I SPOKE EXCLUSIVELY WITH THE NEIGHBOR WHO SHOT THE VIDEO, HE ASKED ME NOT TO REVEAL HIS IDENTITY. The man who captured video of a Wisconsin police shooting is speaking for the first time.The shooting happened about 5 p.m. Sunday in Kenosha, a city just over the Wisconsin-Illinois state line.Police said they were called for a domestic incident. There was some sort of confrontation and police shot Jacob Blake, 29, multiple times.He was flown to Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee and listed in serious condition. Witnesses said police responded after two women began fighting.A video of the shooting was recorded by a neighbor across the street from the scene.He spoke exclusively Monday with sister station WISN."He wasn't aggressive," the man said. "The police might say he was resisting arrest but he wasn't attacking the police. They were telling him to drop the knife. I didn't see a knife in his hand. He wasn't coming at them with a knife. And they shot him in the back as they were pulling on his shirt. I don't understand that."The video has been viewed thousands of times on Facebook and Twitter.In the video, Blake can be seen walking away from officers. One police officer grabs the back of his shirt as he tries to get into his vehicle. That's when seven shots are fired.Kenosha officers do not wear body cameras.The Wisconsin Department of Justice was called to investigate the officer-involved shooting.
