Atlanta’s mayor posted a photo of her homemade mac and cheese dish on Christmas Day to show off her culinary prowess but some Twitter users didn’t think it looked very appetizing.Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms also posted photos of leg of lamb, fried fish, asparagus, curried lentils and jambalaya, but it was her mac and cheese that drew the most attention.One Twitter user said, “This picture dried out my contact lens.”Another said, “At least you tried.”Bottoms later posted again on Twitter defending her recipe.“For the shady none cooking crew, add more cheese a few minutes at the end & then mix it up to make it juicy,�� she said. “Trust, nothing dry here.”Her mom vouched for how it tasted, too, although she admitted it may have tasted better than it looked.“My mama said, ‘Oooh, it does look dry, but it wasn’t. That’s what you get for posting.�� She’d be the first to toss it,�� Bottoms wrote.
