Retail chain recalls children's swimsuits that may pose choking hazards

Grand Rapids-based retail chain toddler, infant and newborn bathing suits with snaps that can detach, posing a choking hazard to children.
The recall involves the Wave Zone one-piece, zip-back swimsuit, which has a zipper on the back and four snaps on the bottom. The products were sold in blue and gray with a shark on the front; white and navy stripes with an anchor pattern; pink and teal with a strawberry on the front and pink arms with a multi-colored fish pattern.
The items were sold in sizes 0-3M, 3-6M, 6-9M, 12M, 18M and 24M. 鈥淲ave Zone鈥� and 鈥淢ade in China鈥� are printed on the inner collars. The tracking number located on the label on the inner side seam is 鈥淣OV 2016 021-14328.鈥�
Meijer has received 11 reports of the snaps detaching.
No injuries have been reported.
Consumers should immediately stop using the items and return them to any Meijer store location for a full refund.
