George W. Hoffmeister, Jr., CPA, MBA
George is a founding partner and a Babson College alum with over 30 years experience in personal, estate and small business tax planning and consulting. George and his wife reside in Needham and enjoy spending time with their 6 grandchildren.
Robert T. Heald, CPA, MBA
Bob is also a founding partner as well as a lifelong Needham resident. Receiving undergraduate and graduate degrees from Northeastern University, Bob offers the firm over 35 years of accounting experience, specializing in taxes. Actively involved in civic and social organizations, Bob still finds time to enjoy his 2 children and 2 grandchildren.
Kenneth J. Raffol, CPA, MST
Ken operated a five person CPA firm prior to joining the firm in 1994. A graduate of Northeastern University, Ken specializes in providing advisory services to closely held businesses and their owners in areas of auditing, taxation, and business planning. He has extensive experience in areas of real estate development, construction management, as well as for-profit and non-profit organizations. He resides in Needham with his wife and children.
Richard A. Petrie
Another Babson graduate, Dick has been with the firm since inception and recently became partner in 2004. Dick has extensive expertise in the newest FASB pronouncements and financial statement trends. Using this expertise, Dick heads up our financial statement review department as well as maintaining all MIS functions in the office. Another lifelong Needham resident he spends his spare time with his wife and daughter.
Jill B. Treeful, CPA
Prior to joining the firm in 1994, Jill received her undergraduate degree from Bryant University. Jill's experience and expertise lies in financial statement preparation, auditing, and closely held business consulting. She is also very valuable to the firm because of her individual and corporate tax planning strategies. Her passion, dedication and quality of work propelled her to become partner in 2004. Jill lives in Norfolk with her husband and two daughters.
Ryan M. Damaso, CPA, MST
Also being named partner in 2004, Ryan has earned undergraduate and graduate degrees from Northeastern University. With the firm since 1995, his experience and advanced tax education allows the firm to offer some great tax planning strategies by staying current on the ever changing tax code. He resides in Walpole with his wife and daughter.
Michael F. Aniceto
Mike is also a CPA candidate who joined the firm in 2004. Armed with an undergraduate degree from Bryant University, Mike is currently pursuing his graduate degree in taxation also from Bryant. Married in 2007 Mike resides in Cunmberland, RI.
David M. Kelly
Joining the firm in 2007, David is the newest team member. Currently pursuing his degree from Bentley College, he brings the latest accounting concepts and methods to the firm. David resides in Watertown and is an avid hockey player and skier.
Diana Babson
Diana joined the firm with Ken in 1994 and has over 20 years experience as a para-professional in the accounting department. Diana runs the payroll department as well as preparing the books and tax returns for many of our small business clients.
Anne Tabor
As the office manager, Anne holds the office together and works diligently to put the finishing touches on all of our production. Her longevity with the firm allows her to know our clients and their needs.
