George W. Hoffmeister, Jr., CPA, MBA

George is a founding partner and a Babson College alum with over 30 years experience in personal, estate and small business tax planning and consulting. George and his wife reside in Needham and enjoy spending time with their 6 grandchildren.

Kenneth J. Raffol, CPA, MST

Ken operated a five person CPA firm prior to joining the firm in 1994. A graduate of Northeastern University, Ken specializes in providing advisory services to closely held businesses and their owners in areas of auditing, taxation, and business planning. He currently serves on the Accounting and Auditing Committee for Not-For-Profit Organizations for the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. In addition, Ken has extensive experience in areas of real estate development, real estate management, and various construction trades, as well as other for profit industries. He resides in Needham with his wife and children.

Richard A. Petrie

Another Babson graduate, Dick has been with the firm since inception and recently became partner in 2004. Dick has extensive expertise in the newest FASB pronouncements and financial statement trends. Using this expertise, Dick heads up our financial statement review department as well as maintaining all MIS functions in the office. Another lifelong Needham resident he spends his spare time with his wife and daughter.

Jill B. Treeful, CPA

Prior to joining the firm in 1994, Jill received her undergraduate degree from Bryant University. Jill's experience and expertise lies in financial statement preparation, auditing, and closely held business consulting. She is also very valuable to the firm because of her individual and corporate tax planning strategies. Her passion, dedication and quality of work propelled her to become partner in 2004. Jill lives in Norfolk with her husband and two daughters.

Ryan M. Damaso, CPA, MST

Also being named partner in 2004, Ryan has earned undergraduate and graduate degrees from Northeastern University. With the firm since 1995, his experience and advanced tax education allows the firm to offer some great tax planning strategies by staying current on the ever changing tax code. He resides in Walpole with his wife and two daughters.

Michael F. Aniceto, CPA, MST

Mike joined the firm in 2004 and received his undergraduate and graduate degree in taxation from Bryant University. Married in 2007 Mike resides in Cumberland, RI with his wife and his infant daughter.

Diana Babson

Diana joined the firm with Ken in 1994 and has over 20 years experience as a para-professional in the accounting department. Diana runs the payroll department as well as preparing the books and tax returns for many of our small business clients.

Anne Tabor, Office Manager

As the Head Secretary of the administrative team, Anne holds the office together and works diligently to put the finishing touches on all of our production. Her longevity with the firm allows her to know our clients and their needs.

Provides vital administrative support for the Needham office.

CAPE COD DIVISION

Claude Boudwin, CPA

Claude has practiced public accounting and auditing since 1971 with extensive experience in all areas of auditing, consulting, and regulatory compliance for not-for-profit entities. In addition, he has developed and presented accounting and compliance seminars since 1983. He received his degree from Trenton State College in New Jersey. Claude resides in Plymouth wife his wife.

Dan Burgess, CPA

Dan has practiced public accounting and auditing since 2004. This experience has concentrated in the auditing of not-for-profit and governmental entities. He has gained valuable insights into the operation of the Massachusetts Operational Service Division and the areas of regulatory compliance. He received his degree in 2005 from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth graduating Cum Laude. Dan resides in Pembroke with his wife.

Virginia Boudwin, CPA, EA
Gini has practiced public accounting and auditing since 2007. Her experience includes auditing of not-for-profit and governmental entities. She has gained insights into the operation of the Massachusetts Operational Service Division and regulatory compliance. Ms. Boudwin has also achieved the certification of Enrolled Agent (EA), a Federal certification by the IRS recognizing expertise in tax related matters. She received her degree in 2007 from the University of Massachusetts graduating Summa Cum Laude. Gini resides in Plymouth.

Sharon Steele, Office Manager
Sharon heads up the Cape Cod office with 25 years experience in office administration functions. She resides in Buzzards Bay with her husband and daughter. In her down time, she is actively involved in Papa's Pet Project, Inc., a local animal rescue.
