In 2015, Delish rocked the world of Harry Potter fans when they created their own homemade recipe for Butterbeer. And now that it's the 20th anniversary summer of the very first book and Harry Potter's 37th birthday, Delish did it again and adapted a new version of Butterbeer that's the perfect thing to quench your thirst in the midsummer heat. With cream soda and butterscotch syrup, the Butterbeer base gets topped with a buttery whipped cream. Now you can simply drink it as is, or make it a float by coating the glass in more butterscotch syrup and filling a glass (preferably one adorned with the Hogwarts crest or the insignia of your favorite Hogwarts House) with vanilla ice cream. The buttery whipped cream makes as close to the real Butterbeer as you can get. And if one swig of this stuff doesn't turn you into a witch or wizard, it's okay. At least you can still eat and drink like one!GET THE RECIPE HERE.
