Water service has been restored forHoover residents, according to the Birmingham Water Works.BWW officials say the outage allowed its crews to replace two valves and a 10-foot section of an eight-inch water main. The project is part of BWW’s capital infrastructure improvement plan. Work was completed and water service restored by 4 a.m. Friday. The outage impacted approximately 370 service connections (water meters).
