A senior living community in Fort Myers, Florida, treated its eldest resident to a very special birthday party.Betty Knox just turned 102, and staff members at the Preserve, where she lives, say she is aging like fine wine!To celebrate her birthday, they treated her and her friends to a wine tasting. Executive chef and sommelier Xavier Duclos led the wine tasting. It was paired with live music by a saxophonist."This was a beautiful party. I just can't believe it. I just love being here, and it's wonderful, but I'm pretty old, and I've had a wonderful life. I've seen a lot of things developed since 1923," Knox said.Fort Myers Mayor Kevin Anderson was also in attendance. He presented Knox with a certificate of celebration. Knox said the secret to staying happy is staying involved with friends and family.
