'Everybody was screaming': Witness describes scene of Birmingham, Alabama mass shooting

Four people are dead and there are 17 others were shot after multiple shooters fired on "people in the open" Saturday night, according to Birmingham police.
Birmingham Police Officer Truman Fitzgerald said the victims on the sidewalk and street when the shooting began.
Police believe the shooting was not random and stemmed from an isolated incident. Multiple people were caught in the crossfire, and right now, police are trying to identify the intended target.

Dajon Singleton said witnessing the scene was "very scary" and he saw several people on stretchers.
"I walked up when it was just ending, because everybody was screaming, there was people crying," said Singleton.
Police believe Glock switches were used. When attached to the back of a Glock, the user is given the ability to switch between semi-automatic and fully automatic.

Police are asking anyone with information to submit evidence to the Birmingham Police Department's. You can also call Crime Stoppers at 205-254-7777. Tips can be sent to the FBI by calling 1-800-225-5324 or . There is a combined $100,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction.
