That was a main part of her message in that exclusive interview on the Today Show, 10 years after her daughter Natalee disappeared from Aruba.Natalee disappeared at the end of graduation trip on that island. Joran van der Sloot was always a suspect but was never charged. However, van der Sloot was charged and sentenced to 28 years in prison for killing a Peruvian woman.Holloway said justice is being served for the Peruvian woman's family."But until Joran faces the extortion charges in the U.S. then justice is not being served for Natalee," Beth Holloway said."He will be extradited. There's a hold on him in Peru. Holloway said justice is being served for the Peruvian woman's family.

"But until Joran faces the extortion charges in the U.S. then justice is not being served for Natalee," Beth Holloway said.

"He will be extradited. There's a hold on him in Peru. The U.S. actually tried to get him here to face charges and then return him to serve out the sentence there but Peruvian court said no but there is a hold on him," Holloway's attorney John Q. Kelly said.
