Police arrest two suspects in January fatal shooting in Inglenook

A man and teenager now face charges after a January fatal shooting in Inglenook.
The Birmingham Police Department said Landon Jones III, 26, of Tarrant, and a 17-year-old both face capital murder warrants.
Police said both suspects were taken into custody on Woodrow Avenue in Tarrant on April 27.
The arrests were made in connection with a homicide in the 4100 block of 46th Avenue North on Jan. 13, 2025.

When officers arrived on the scene, they found Nehemiah Wren, 20, inside a wrecked vehicle.
Police said Wren was shot and died at the scene.
Both suspects are being held in the county jail with no bond.
