A search continues for a kidnapped 3-year-old girl in Birmingham after police announced charges against two persons of interest in her disappearance.Kamille "Cupcake" McKinney's grandmother, Lekisha Simpson, is holding out hope for her safe return and making a plea for her safe return. Cupcake was kidnapped last weekend while attending a birthday party in Tom Brown Village.
